Total Protection (Great Britain) Ltd were involved with installing a new surface dressing to the surrounding paths of the notorious, Kensington Palace in March 2013.
Situated in Kensington, Chelsea, it has been residence of the British Royal Family since the 17th century, and is currently the official London residence of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke and Duchess of Kent, Prince and Princess Michael of Kent and Princess Eugenie.
An excess of 3,000m2 of 1-3mm Brittany Bronze Resin Bonded Gravel was installed to the surrounding areas of the Palace to provide a natural, non-slip surface.
Durability and aesthetics were two of the main requirements that were achieved while undertaking the works within the limited time frame Total Protection were given.
Works were efficiently completed to a high standard and in time for the grand opening from Queen Elizabeth.
